Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned once used or opened. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
